Citizen Comments and Open Forum

Comments are limited to 3 minutes in length. Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. Speakers are requested to come to the meeting, state their name and address for the record. Generally, the Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may refer the matter to staff for a future report or direct that the matter be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. In lieu of making comments, speakers may complete an Agenda Request form to request that the matter be addressed at a future meeting.

NOTE: 7:30 p.m. we will be holding a Public Hearing on the Zoning Ordinance Amendment Application submitted by Acre Real Estate Holding LLC; and

7:45 p.m. or after the conclusion of the Public Hearing on the Zoning Ordinance Amendment, we will be holding a Public Hearing on the variance request from Eric and Michelle Brochman.


CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05 subd. 3(c)(3) to consider offers or counteroffers for the sale of real property identified as the 6 parcels of land owned by the City including the water tower site, City Hall, Fire Station, entrance to Divers Path from CR 88, the vacant 0.13 acre parcel of land across CR 88 from Duncan Avenue, and the vacant 0.36 acre parcel of land across CR 88 from the school.”

CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05 subd. 3(b) for attorney-client privileged communication to discuss purchase of Endres property for the sanitary sewer project.
